I hate it when it does not work One of the applications that I run on my desktop blocks me from switching my keyboard to farsi and type in the Notepad as I used to do. Since I like it better to write in farsi and my desktop does not let me do that I don't write and my weblog is collecting dust. But enough is enough. If anybody knows a way to type Unicode farsi without relying on XP please let me know. That would help. Now that I am back I might as well say a few things that might be of interest. School began for me two days ago. I only have one course this quarter which is "Space-time coding". The first session was a little bit scary but I am not backing off. What I can see is that it is going to be a challenging quarter and I am all for it. After all this course is where I am going to create my PhD research topic. Ramadan will begin next week and I am excited about that too. My best friend is going to fast with me for the first time in five years I feel like I can re-create this month the way that I always liked it to be. Preparing the food and having somebody to break your fast with and the sound of the chant in background and the warm Tea and Date and ... I am so excited. Bread. I should not forget this one. Finally I learned to bake bread. And I like it. It is not too hard and it taste really good. If you ever come along don't miss the bread. If you did not see it on my table you are welcomed to be demand-full and I will be more than happy to make it for you. This is good for now. I'll be back soon. Wednesday, September 21, 2005
